Learn 4-stroke engine design, application and how to service and maintain these engines. Learn the theory and how the components work together. Topics include compression, engine components, valve train, ignition, and carburation. Upon successful completion of this course, students are eligible to sit for the 4-Stroke Engine Certified Technician credential exam offered by the Equipment & Engine Training Council (EETC). Note: This is one of five courses in the small engine repair program. Courses can be taken in any order.
