AL Snack Attack (1st-2nd)

“Snack Attack”- when one experiences a sudden impulse to binge on the nearest foods.  Parents and Kids will be able to fulfill their snack attacks while making recipes such as rainbow fruit skewers, granola bars, turkey sushi rolls, mini pizzas, quesadillas, and many more delicious recipes. Hands will be kept busy creating healthful snacks using fresh ingredients while also practicing other age-appropriate skills with help from a parent for cutting, chopping, and cooking. This academy will cover basic food safety principles and safety in the kitchen, as well as some basic food preparation. This is a parent-child class.
