Cupcakes have become very fashionable lately. Parents and kids will learn a new cupcake and icing recipe each day. From basic vanilla to yummy strawberry lemonade and chocolate peanut butter, we will cover it all. There will be plenty of cupcakes to share with friends and family. Who doesn’t love a cupcake?!  This academy will cover basic food safety principles and safety in the kitchen, as well as basic food preparation. This is a parent-child class.

Day 1: Vanilla Cupcakes, Flour Frosting,
Day 2: Chocolate Cupcakes, Peanut Butter Frosting
Day 3: Red Velvet Cupcakes, Cream Cheese Frosting
Day 4: Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes

  • 2 Lemons
  • Freeze Dried Strawberries
 
  • 1 Quart Whole Milk
  • 1 Quart Buttermilk
  • 1 quart Whipping Cream

  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 2 pounds Unsalted Butter

  • 5 pound All Purpose Flour
  • 2 pounds Cake Flour
