Did you know pasta is actually a dough made from flour and egg? Join us to make fresh egg pasta and create some of you favorite mouth-watering pasta dishes like lasagna, spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce and meatballs and Cheese ravioli. We will even try out potato pasta, gnocchi and pasta in the form of potato dumplings. This academy will cover basic sanitation principles, knife usage and safety in the kitchen, as well as, the basics of food preparation.
