CT Doughnuts-Fritters-Churros

What do these foods have in common? Fried dough! You will learn to make yeast, cake and stuffed doughnuts (cream and fruit-filled.) We will try out apple fritters, Beignets (French for fritter) and cinnamon sugar churros, which were originally from Spain and Portugal. This academy will cover basic sanitation principles, knife usage and safety in the kitchen, as well as, the basics of food preparation.
