General Certificate in Brewing

This 15-week, 90-hour program includes both classroom sessions and hands-on experience in breweries. At the end of the program, you will be eligible to sit for the General Certificate of Brewing Exam offered by the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. The General Certificate in Brewing (GCB) is an internationally recognized credential. It gives you a basic knowledge of brewing, packaging, and associated brewery operations and prepares you for employment in the brewing industry. The GCB is designed for candidates who may have little or no formal academic or technical qualifications.  Class tuition does not include GCB exam fee.  Must be 21 years of age to register.
