Surprise everyone with your amazing cooking skills! This academy will explore the many ways to prepare the incredible, edible egg and understand its usage and physiology. Eggs may be commonplace, but they have numerous, inventive cooking applications. This academy will cover basic sanitation principles, knife usage, and safety in the kitchen, as well as the basics of food preparation. You will learn about the culinary industry and food service occupations.
