« back to classes page
Are humans really at the top of the food chain? What about the mysterious invisible world of microbes and bacteria? Some microbes can make you sick while other microbes are vital to keeping you healthy! We’ll explore this invisible world by looking at the bacteria growing on your own skin underneath a microscope and by creating beautiful bacterial art. While exploring cutting-edge science skills, you will learn how to grow bacteria, how to use a microscope, and why washing your hands is even more important than you thought. All experiments are conducted safely with experienced scientists.
