Note: This course is required to be taken following the Nuclear Worker Training Program #30208.
Core Construction Skills 
prepares individuals for entry-level positions on project sites by providing the basics in safety, hand and power tools, construction math, materials handling, construction drawings, rigging and employability skills.

The Scaffolding curriculum prepares leaners to perform safely on the job site, with information on tools and equipment they will use in the industry as well as discussion of stationary, mobile and suspension scaffolds. Coverage of the math required to perform on the job is also included.
