If you really love chocolate, then join us for a week to learn all its delicious secrets. First, you will learn to melt and temper chocolate. Did you know you can cease chocolate on a hot stove? Once you learn not to do that, we will make chocolate candies (peanut butter cups and truffles), chocolate blackout cake, brownies and chocolate pot de crème, which means pot of custard. This academy will cover basic sanitation principles, knife usage and safety in the kitchen, as well as, the basics of food preparation.
