The ACE (Assistant Counselor Education) program is a four-week half-day program open to rising 10th-12th graders interested in assisting with the KidsCollege Summer STEM & Arts Academy programs and gaining leadership and job readiness skills. Interested students will need to apply for the program and attend a mandatory training session. Students will receive training, education and support from summer staff. Students will not be required to supervise younger students on their own.
Responsibilities: Assist with classroom needs, program coordination and administrative duties.
Qualities: Responsible, mature and interested in working with younger students
Project: Design and lead one activity during lunch or After-Academy Club time.
Certification of Completion at end of program.
